- Profile Data: Your chosen display name, avatar preferences, and gameplay settings.
- Support Communications: If you contact us via the in-app support chatbot or email, we retain your messages to resolve your issues.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Gameplay Data: Block count, scores, placement accuracy, combo streaks, tower heights, game duration, game mode selections, power-up/booster usage, and progression data (XP, level, coins).
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
- Usage Analytics: Screen views, feature usage patterns, session duration, and engagement metrics.
- Crash Reports: Diagnostic data including crash logs, stack traces, and device state at time of crash.
- Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases made through Apple's App Store.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Apple Game Center: If connected, your Game Center display name and leaderboard data.

- Provide and maintain the App and its features.

- Apple: App Store purchases, Game Center, iCloud sync, and Sign in with Apple.
- Ad Networks: If you have not purchased Remove Ads, anonymized advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
4.3 Business Transfers

- Game progress is stored locally on your device.
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
- Crash reports are retained for 90 days.

Sky Stack is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without parental consent.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations worldwide.
8. Push Notifications

9. Advertising
If you have not purchased the Remove Ads in-app purchase, we display advertisements through third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.
You can opt out of personalized advertising via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or purchase the Remove Ads option to eliminate all advertisements.
10. Social and Activity Features
Leaderboard participation and public profile information are opt-in only. By default, your gameplay activity is private. You can enable or disable social visibility in Settings at any time.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
